Commercial Contracting Services

Currently Pennington Brothers offers commercial subcontracting services operating as a subcontractor for commercial construction general contractors. Our system for delivering elite communications, estimating, scheduling and quality control with our commercial GCs stem from our technology integrations. We use cloud based project management software so that we can provide GCs with a service that is second to none. Below are our efficiencies regarding coordinations:

Estimating 

We have an in house estimator and we use digital take off software to efficiently and rapidly deliver you professional and timely estimates.

Project Management

Our cloud based company wide communications allow us to submit real time RFIs while in the field or other wise in a professional format that will be easy for the general contractors we serve to efficiently and rapidly understand and facilitate answers or engage plans to over come obstacles. In addition to being able to communicate properly with regards to quality control and overall project management, our cloud based technologies allow us to provide accurate schedules, time lines for completion and communicate with you about any topic of your project at a moments notice.
