Pine St, New Smyrna Beach Fl

This project on Pine St in New Smyrna Beach just blocks from Flagler Ave, consisted of tearing off existing room to raise ceiling heights to 10ft ceilings and vault the living area. We made new openings in the block walls and install lintels for new windows and doors. In addition to adding 2 more feet, adding a garage we also built a very complex and high end entertaining bungalow.
